Walt Disney World & Disneyland Resort Dining Alerts

The table opens. You hear first.

PixieWire watches Walt Disney World and Disneyland restaurants around the clock and alerts you by email and app the moment a cancelled reservation opens for your date, party size and meal time — texts from $9.99. One pass covers both coasts.

Which table should we watch?

You choose a pass next and pay once. We never ask for your Disney login; when a table opens you book it in My Disney Experience.

One restaurant? Single Watch, $4.99 (or $9.99 with texts). A whole trip? Trip Pass, $24.99 for 90 days: 25 alerts, texts and Ride Alerts. Nothing renews.

Get Notified

The moment we find an opening, we send you an alert with a direct link to book on Disney’s website.

PixieWire is a Disney dining alerts tool for Walt Disney World and Disneyland restaurants, built on availability data that is free to read before you buy anything — no trial clock, and no subscription to cancel.

When you want text alerts for a hard reservation, a one-time Trip Pass covers three full months — the entire 60-day Disney booking window plus your trip — with no subscription and nothing that auto-renews.

Our data is public before you sign up: every restaurant page shows a live availability calendar and real scarcity stats, so you can see exactly how hard your ADR is —and whether an alert is worth setting — first.

Both coasts, one pass

Every pass covers Walt Disney World and Disneyland — there is no separate Disneyland subscription. The same alert watches a Florida table like Space 220 or a California one like Blue Bayou, and every alert counts the same against your plan wherever it is.

Walt Disney World

Disney Dining Alerts for Sold-Out Restaurants

Use Disney World dining alerts to watch for cancelled reservations at hard-to-get restaurants. If Space 220, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Chef Mickey’s, ‘Ohana, Topolino’s Terrace, or Be Our Guest is sold out for your dates, an alert watches across your whole trip. Pick the restaurant, party size, date and time window, and we’ll notify you the moment Disney shows a matching table— no refreshing, no 6 AM alarms.

Right now the toughest tables we track are Queen Victoria's Room at Victoria & Albert's, Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party - Tomorrowland, Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party - Tomorrowland, Shiki-Sai: Sushi Izakaya Fireworks Dining Package and MK Fireworks Dessert Party - Seats and Sweets— each one scored from real availability, updated nightly.

Disney Dining Alerts FAQ

What is a Disney dining alert?

A Disney dining alert watches for reservation openings at Walt Disney World and Disneyland restaurants and notifies you when a table matching your date, party size and meal time appears — so you don't have to keep checking the app yourself.

Is a dining alert the same as a Disney reservation finder?

Yes. “Reservation finder”, “dining alert” and “ADR finder” all name the same thing: a service that watches Disney’s availability and tells you when a sold-out table opens, so you can book it. PixieWire is one, for Walt Disney World and Disneyland, and every restaurant page also shows its own 60-day availability calendar free.

Do dining alerts cover Disneyland as well as Walt Disney World?

Yes — one pass covers both resorts. The same alert works whether you're watching a Walt Disney World table like Space 220 or a Disneyland one like Blue Bayou, Carthay Circle or the Oogie Boogie Bash. There is no separate Disneyland subscription: any pass you buy watches restaurants at both coasts, and every alert counts the same against your plan wherever it is.

What is free on PixieWire, and what costs money?

The data is free and always will be: 60-day availability calendars, booking-difficulty scores, drop-time patterns and the hardest-reservations ranking for Walt Disney World and Disneyland restaurants, with no account and no email required. What costs money is being told. An alert watches a restaurant for you around the clock and tells you when a table opens: a Single Watch is $4.99 by email and app, or $9.99 with texts.

How much does a Disney dining alert cost?

A Single Watch is $4.99 (email and app alerts) or $9.99 with texts, and covers one watch for a year — set it for any date, even next summer, and when you book that table or change plans, point the same watch at the next restaurant, as many times as you like, for no extra charge (Cinderella's Royal Table for March, Space 220 for June, Be Our Guest for October: still the same $9.99 with texts). A Month Pass is $14.99 for 25 alerts over 30 days, a Trip Pass is $24.99 for 25 alerts over 90 days and an Annual Pass is $69.99 for 50 alerts over 12 months; all three include texts and Ride Alerts, and every watch you set keeps running until its dates pass. All five are one-time payments — none of them renew.

Can I set a watch for a date more than 60 days away?

Yes — set it now. Disney only releases dining reservations 60 days ahead (at about 6:00 AM Eastern, a new day becomes bookable), so a trip further out than that is not open to anyone yet. We hold your watch, start checking at 6:00 AM ET on the morning your date opens, and keep going until your dates pass. There is nothing to come back and set again.

Can I share my alerts with the rest of my party?

Yes. Every pass lets you add up to two more people — by email or phone number, the same on every pass. They get the same alerts you do. We ask each person for their own permission first, so nobody is added to a text thread without agreeing to it, and anyone can stop their own alerts without touching your account.

Can one alert watch more than one date?

Yes — up to a full week. Pick your first date and how many days to watch, and one alert covers all of them for the meal you chose. It counts as a single alert against your plan, so a Single Watch really can cover "any night that week".

Do PixieWire plans auto-renew?

No. Nothing on PixieWire auto-renews — ever. The Month Pass ($14.99) covers 30 days, the Trip Pass ($24.99) 90 days and the Annual Pass 12 months; each is one charge, and you get what you paid for with no more charges after it. The pass simply ends when its term is up. There is no subscription to remember to cancel, because we did not keep your card on file to charge it.

Is 90 days enough time to get my Disney dining reservations?

Yes — comfortably. Disney opens dining reservations 60 days before your date, so a 90-day Trip Pass covers the day your booking window opens, all 60 days of it, and your trip itself with weeks to spare. Cancelled tables keep re-entering the system right up to the final 48 hours before a dining date, and your alerts keep watching the whole time.

Can I get alerts for Space 220, Cinderella's Royal Table and Chef Mickey's?

Yes. We watch 100 Walt Disney World restaurants and 25 dining events and shows, including Space 220, Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickey's, 'Ohana, Be Our Guest, Topolino's Terrace, Oga's Cantina and Victoria & Albert's — plus Disneyland Resort tables like Blue Bayou, Carthay Circle, Lamplight Lounge and Goofy's Kitchen.

How do Disney dining alerts work?

When you create an alert, PixieWire monitors Disney’s reservation system around the clock. The moment a table opens that matches your restaurant, date, party size, and meal window, we send you an email and an app alert (and a text on Single Watch + SMS, Month, Trip and Annual) with a direct link to book on Disney’s website.

How fast are PixieWire alerts?

While you have an alert, we check your Walt Disney World restaurant, date and party size about every 18 seconds on every pass, and the email leaves about half a second after we find a table (measured October 25, 2026). The method and what other services publish about their speed are on our alert speed page, pixiewire.com/dining-alerts/speed.

Do you need my Disney login?

No. PixieWire never asks for, stores or uses your My Disney Experience login. We watch Disney's public reservation availability and tell you when a table opens; you book it yourself in the Disney app or on Disney's website.

What is an ADR?

ADR stands for Advance Dining Reservation — the community’s term for a Walt Disney World table-service reservation. When Disney fans talk about “grabbing an ADR” or “the 60-day mark,” this is what they mean.

What time do Disney dining reservations open?

The booking window opens 60 days before your dining date, at 6:00 AM Eastern on Disney’s website — be logged in and ready beforehand. On-site resort guests can book up to 60 days plus the length of their stay (up to 10 nights) in one session — the “60+10 rule.” If your date is already booked up, cancelled tables re-enter the system all day long, which is exactly what alerts catch.

What are the hardest Disney dining reservations to get?

It changes week to week, which is why we measure it: we watch every reservation opening at 125 Walt Disney World restaurants and dining events and compute a nightly booking-difficulty ranking. See the live list on the Hardest Disney World Reservations page — recent regulars include Space 220, Be Our Guest, Cinderella’s Royal Table, and Topolino’s Terrace.

When do cancelled Disney reservations get released?

Continuously — there is no single “drop time.” Across the 25 hardest Walt Disney World tables over the last 9 days we recorded 13,523 openings: 28% came on the dining date or in the 2 days before, and the rest earlier, many of them weeks ahead. Openings appear around the clock, so an alert that watches every day beats refreshing the app.

Do I need park tickets to make a dining reservation?

No. Disney dining reservations don’t require park tickets or a resort stay — anyone with a free Disney account can book. Just remember that restaurants inside theme parks require park admission (and, where applicable, a park reservation for that park) on the day you dine.

What is Disney's dining reservation cancellation policy?

Most Walt Disney World table-service restaurants charge a $10-per-person fee if you no-show or cancel inside the cancellation window — typically 2 hours before your reservation, though some locations and prepaid experiences require a day or more. That fee is exactly why so many tables come back into the system at the last minute: guests cancel rather than pay it, and an alert catches the table they gave up.

Is PixieWire affiliated with Disney?

No. PixieWire is an independent Disney planning site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.

Do you book the reservation for me?

No. We notify you as soon as a table opens and you complete the booking directly on Disney’s website. Reservations go fast, so turn on app or text alerts for the best chance.

How do I cancel my alerts or my plan?

You can cancel individual alerts from your dashboard at any time. Passes never need canceling — they are one-time purchases that simply expire at the end of their term, and you keep full access until then.
