Terms of Use for PixieWire

The short version: Use PixieWire fairly. Don’t create multiple accounts to get around plan limits. We don’t make your reservations — we just find availability and notify you. Paid plans are billed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime.

Who We Are PixieWire.com is operated by Pixiewire Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in Winter Garden, Florida. We are an independent media company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All references to Disney, Walt Disney World, and related properties are for informational purposes only.

Eligibility You must be at least 13 years of age to use PixieWire.com. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a PixieWire account, set up dining alerts, or purchase any paid service. By using this site you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Your Account When you create a PixieWire account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Notify us immediately at legal@pixiewire.com if you suspect unauthorized access • Provide accurate and current information when creating your account • Use only one account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these terms, or engage in abuse of our services. You may delete your account at any time from your account preferences page.

Dining Alert Service PixieWire’s Dining Alert service monitors Disney World restaurant availability and sends notifications when openings matching your criteria are detected. By using this service you acknowledge and agree: • PixieWire does not guarantee that any dining reservation will be found or secured • We do not make reservations on your behalf — all bookings must be completed directly on Disney’s website or app • Availability found by our system may no longer be available by the time you attempt to book • Disney’s reservation system is operated independently of PixieWire and we have no control over availability, pricing, or booking outcomes • PixieWire is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company • You agree not to create excessive or abusive alert volumes that degrade the service for other users

We reserve the right to limit or terminate alert access for accounts engaging in abuse.

Service Plans PixieWire offers the following service tiers for its Dining Alert service:

• Free — $0. Up to 3 active dining alerts. Email notifications only. No credit card required. • Basic (coming soon) — $4.99/month. Up to 10 active dining alerts. Email and SMS notifications. • Pro (coming soon) — $7.99/month. Up to 25 active dining alerts. Email and SMS notifications. Priority monitoring. • Pro Annual (coming soon) — $69.99/year. Same as Pro. Save $25 versus monthly billing.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel. We reserve the right to change pricing for paid services at any time with advance notice to account holders by email.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact legal@pixiewire.com within 7 days of a charge to request a refund. We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our discretion.

SMS Notifications SMS text notifications are available on paid plans only and are limited to US and Canada phone numbers (+1 country code). If you enroll in SMS notifications you agree to receive automated text messages from PixieWire at the phone number you provide. Full SMS terms including opt-out instructions, message frequency, and carrier information are described in our Privacy Policy at pixiewire.com/privacy. Consent to SMS is not required to use any PixieWire service.

Prohibited Uses You agree not to: • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access PixieWire.com or its planning tools • Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or free tier restrictions • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate PixieWire’s planning tools or dining alert system • Use PixieWire services for any unlawful purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of PixieWire.com or its services • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information including false payment details

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions.

Content All content on PixieWire.com including articles, guides, photos, videos, and tools is the property of Pixiewire Media LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission. You may share links to our content freely. Short quotes with attribution are permitted under fair use.

Park hours, wait times, pricing, dining information, and other time-sensitive data changes frequently. Always verify current details directly with Disney before making travel decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties PixieWire.com and all of its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the site or its services will be available at all times, that information will be error-free, or that dining availability notifications will result in a successful booking.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixiewire Media LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its services, including but not limited to failure to secure a dining reservation, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of PixieWire services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PixieWire in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixiewire Media LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of PixieWire services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PixieWire services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Pixiewire Media LLC. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized access to services.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email before taking effect. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last updated.
