A gift from your travel advisor
Megan Riley, Pixie Dust Travel Co.
PIXIE-7K4M-Q2XR
- ✓Trip Pass · 25 restaurant alerts
- ✓Instant text and email when a table opens
- ✓Share alerts with up to 2 more people
- ✓Covers the booking window and the whole trip
You gift it. They manage it. PixieWire watches the tables.
No dining-alert dashboard to babysit. No Disney credentials. No ongoing work for you. Your client owns the pass, picks their own restaurants and books the table themselves, and your name is on the gift that made it happen.
How it works
Three steps, about thirty seconds.
1
Buy a key
One when you need it, or a pack at a lower rate. Add the client's name, email and trip dates. The key carries them.
2
Send the gift
A co-branded email goes to your client from PixieWire, with your name on it and a one-click redeem link. Resend, edit the dates, or reclaim it any time before it is used.
3
Client redeems
They create a free account, confirm their own phone for texts, and pick the restaurants. Their pass covers the 60-day booking window and the trip itself.
The pass follows the trip
A retail Trip Pass runs 90 days from purchase. A gifted one runs from the day your client redeems it until the morning after checkout, or 90 days, whichever is longer. Send it the day you book and it is live for the 60-day reservation window and every day of the trip.
Unused keys are never wasted
A client who never redeems, a trip that cancels, a typo in the email: reclaim the key and the credit comes straight back to gift to someone else. You only spend a key when a client actually uses it.
The value
A $24.99 client gift at the advisor rate.
- Your client receives
- the complete PixieWire Trip Pass, the same $24.99 product sold to guests
- Your client pays
- $0
- You pay
- advisor pricing, a fraction of retail and lower per key in packs, shown in your portal once you are approved
Buy one when you need it or save with a prepaid pack. It is a line for your welcome packet and your ads: every client gets reservation monitoring included.
Why it lands
The 11 pm text that says the table is gone stops coming to you.
Clients assume dining is part of what you do, and when the table they wanted is full they tell you. Popular cancellations can disappear fast. PixieWire watches 155 Walt Disney World and Disneyland restaurants around the clock and alerts your client the moment a matching table appears, so they book it in My Disney Experience and thank you at the welcome dinner.

Build their itinerary in our planner and it opens with your name on it.
“Planned for you by Megan Riley, Pixie Dust Travel Co.” at the top, your note, your email, one shareable link that works on their phone and exports to PDF. Their dining alerts sit inside it.
Straight answers
The questions your host agency will ask.
Does PixieWire touch My Disney Experience?
No. We never hold a client's Disney login and we never book anything. We watch public availability and tell your client the moment a table opens. Booking happens in My Disney Experience, by them or by you.
Who consents to the text messages?
Your client, and only your client, when they confirm their own phone number. Buying a key is never consent to text anyone. If they prefer email only, that is their choice.
Is there a subscription anywhere?
No. You pay once per key. Your client pays nothing, ever. Nothing on PixieWire auto-renews.
What if the trip dates change, or I sent it to the wrong address?
Edit the dates on the key any time before your client redeems it. Sent it to the wrong address? Revoke it and the credit comes straight back as a fresh key. Once redeemed, the pass already covers the reservation window and the trip, with the full 90 days as a floor.
Can I see or manage a client's alerts?
Only if the client chooses. Every pass lets its owner share alerts with up to two more people, and a client can add you as one of them, so you get the same text at the same time. What they watch is theirs to set; you are never added to anything without their say-so.
Do keys expire?
No. A key you bought in January is good for a client you book in December.
Is a gift key the same thing as buying a Trip Pass?
It is the same pass for the client, sold a different way. A key is not a pass until a client redeems it: it starts on their redemption day and follows their trip, it carries your name, and until it is redeemed you can reclaim it and gift it to someone else. That is why it is priced as a gift you buy in advance, not as a discounted checkout.
