How to Get There

Disney Springs is free to enter and does not require a park ticket or resort reservation. The easiest route to House of Blues is through the surface parking lot on the West Side. It is the closest entrance and puts you steps from the front door. If the surface lot is full, the Orange parking garage is the next best option - follow signs for the West Side and you will be within a short walk.

The Vibe - Live Music and Southern Soul

House of Blues is not just a restaurant - it is a music venue that happens to serve food. The dining room is covered in Southern folk art from floor to ceiling, with dim blue lighting, exposed brick, and memorabilia that makes every corner worth a second look. During brunch, live musicians perform right in the dining room, adding an energy that most Disney restaurants simply do not have. It is laid-back, a little loud, and exactly the right mood for a weekend morning with fried chicken and mimosas.

What We Ordered

We hit brunch on a recent weekend and ordered four entrees across the table. Every single one delivered.

Chicken 'n' Donuts - $20

This is hands down the best breakfast dish at any Disney restaurant. Buttermilk fried chicken arrives golden and crispy alongside maple bacon donuts, with bourbon maple syrup and honey sriracha on the side. The combination of sweet donut, savory chicken, and that honey sriracha heat is perfection. The chicken has a thick, crunchy crust and stays juicy inside. If you only order one thing at House of Blues brunch, make it this.

Bourbon Berry Pancakes - $17

Three massive pancakes arrive dusted with powdered sugar and piled with fresh macerated strawberries and blackberries. The star here is the bourbon butter - rich, slightly sweet, with just enough bourbon warmth to make you forget you are at a theme park restaurant. These pancakes are legitimately huge, so come hungry or plan to share.

French Toast - $17

Three thick-cut brioche slices dusted with powdered sugar, served with bourbon butter, maple syrup, and fresh macerated berries. If you are a French toast person, this is a solid order. The brioche is dense and golden, the bourbon butter ties it together, and the berries add a brightness that keeps it from getting too heavy.

Breakfast Burrito - $19

A stuffed flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, pork sausage, breakfast potatoes, and bell pepper, smothered in roasted tomato cream salsa, cilantro crema, avocado, and pickled red onion. It is a different direction from the rest of the brunch menu and worth trying if you want something hearty and savory. The portion is generous and the flavors work well together.

The Bacon and the Mimosas

The applewood bacon that comes with the French toast and pancakes is thick-cut and cooked to perfection - crispy edges, not too brittle, with real smoke flavor. It is good enough that you could justify ordering a side for the table even if your entree does not include it.

The bottomless mimosas ($22 per person) are one of the best drink deals at Walt Disney World. Your server keeps the glasses coming without being asked and pours generously. You will have to actively tell them to stop. If mimosas are not your thing, bottomless Bloody Marys are available for the same price.

Is It Worth It?

Without question. A full brunch for two with bottomless mimosas comes in around $75-$85 before tax and tip - comparable to many Disney table-service restaurants, but with better food, live music, and an atmosphere you will not find inside the parks. The Chicken 'n' Donuts alone would be enough reason to come back. Add in the bourbon butter on the pancakes and French toast, the bottomless mimosas, and the live entertainment, and this is easily one of the best brunch values at Walt Disney World.
