Booking is online with full payment due up front, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies — cancel inside a day or no-show and the full price is forfeited. Check-in is at the Curiosity Animal Tours kiosk near Kilimanjaro Safaris, and late arrivals may not be accommodated, so build in the walk from the front gates.

What’s included & how it works
Check in 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour at the Curiosity Animal Tours kiosk, located across from the Kilimanjaro Safaris attraction entrance at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. Valid photo ID will be required to check in. It is recommended that Guests wear comfortable shoes during the tour as there will be periods of walking and standing. (Please allow up to 1.5 hours to travel to the location when using Walt Disney World transportation.) Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Be prepared to present your reservation confirmation, photo ID and the credit card provided at the time of booking your reservation.

Know before you go
Theme park admission is required, but it is not included in the price of this tour. A theme park reservation may be required based on admission type. Guests will need to bring their Discount Identification to check-in for the experience to validate the discount. Guests must be at least 4 years of age to attend this experience. Guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a participating adult (18 years of age or older). Full payment is due at time of booking. Guests inquiring about Service Animal policies for this experience should call the Guest Animal Experience team directly at (407) 938-1373. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Allergy Information: This tour visits animal areas containing common allergens, including but not limited to: hay, dust, biting/stinging insects and/or peanuts. Nontransferable wheelchair Guests may remain in their wheelchair throughout this experience; however, due to limited capacity onboard the backstage transport vehicle, all accommodation requests should be confirmed by calling (407) 938-1373. Guests using an ECV must leave their mobility device onstage, where they will retrieve them upon conclusion of the experience. Guests must walk by themselves or be assisted by member(s) of their party in a courtesy wheelchair to participate in this experience. This experience is subject to change without notice. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged/forfeited if the Guest cancels within one day or fails to show up for the reservation.
