Tri-Circle-D Ranch sends riders out on a 45-minute guided trail ride through the woods of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, a genuine saddle-up experience inside the Magic Kingdom Resort Area. Horseback Riding reservations start at $65 and are open to guests 9 and older who stand over 48 inches and weigh under 250 pounds; helmets are provided and required, and no theme park admission is needed. Once the safety announcement plays, the ride leaves without stragglers.
Reservations are recommended rather than mandatory, so plan ahead but do not panic if your dates are set. Payment is due in full at booking, the one-day cancellation policy forfeits the full price on late cancellations, and weather-canceled rides are refunded.

What’s included & how it works
Check in at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch Trail Ride Check-In building at the front of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground near the Outpost Bus Depot. IMPORTANT: If arriving by boat from another Disney Resort hotel or from the Magic Kingdom park via the Marina at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, you must transfer to a bus at the Settlement Bus stop and travel to the Outpost Depot to get to the Trail Ride Check In Building. Please allow yourself at least 1.5 hours of total transportation time. All riders must be 9 years of age or older, be over 48 inches tall and weigh under 250 pounds. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the activity waiver. Modifications can be made by calling (407) WDW-PLAY or (407) 824-2832. There is a 1-day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged / forfeited if Guest cancels within 1 day or no-shows for the reservation. Rides may be cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather and will be refunded.

Know before you go
Theme park admission is not required for this experience. Guests must be at least 9 years of age to participate. Guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18 years of age or older). Full payment is due at time of booking. Experience may be cancelled by Disney due to inclement weather, but does occur in light rain and cold temperatures. Guests must sign a waiver at the beginning of the experience. For Guests 17 years of age or younger, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, but the guardian is not required to participate in the experience. Guests must arrive and check in at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch building near the front parking lot at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort at the Trail Ride reservation time. This will allow time to sign the waiver, get on your horse and listen to the Safety Announcement prior to beginning the 45-minute ride. Once the Safety Announcement has been played, no further Guests will be permitted to join the ride. There will be no exceptions. Participants will be provided with a helmet, which is required for this experience. Reservations are recommended, and closed-toe shoes are required. Riders must be over 48 inches tall and weigh under 250 pounds. Lockers are provided at no additional charge. No cameras, cell phones or video equipment are permitted during this experience. This experience is subject to change without notice. There is a 1-day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged / forfeited if Guest cancels within 1 day or no-shows for the reservation.
