At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, check in no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your reservation time in front of Droid Depot. Each person in your party must be present upon check-in and admission to Droid Depot. (Please allow 1.5 hours to reach the location when using Walt Disney World transportation.) Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Be prepared to present your reservation confirmation, photo ID and the credit card provided at the time of booking your reservation. A theme park reservation AND a valid park ticket or annual pass are required to enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios for this experience. A park ticket or annual pass is not included in the price of this experience.

A theme park reservation AND a valid park ticket or Annual Pass are required to enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios for this experience. A park ticket or Annual Pass is not included in the price of this experience. A limited number of same-day reservations may be available up to 2 hours in advance. Walk-ins may also be accommodated based on the day’s availability. The experience area is limited to the builder and one Guest. At least one person in the party must be 14 years of age or older. Only the builder will be allowed to build a droid; the Guest of the builder may not build a droid. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. Carry box and instructions are included. Various personality-affiliation chips and other accessories are available for an additional charge. Using a remote-control device to operate a droid while at the theme parks will be prohibited. Please carry the droid around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to allow it to interact with elements in the land. Custom droids are nonrefundable and are not eligible for Annual Passholder or other discounts. Reservations are nontransferable and may not be sold or bartered. This experience is subject to change without notice. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged if the Guest cancels within one day or fails to show up for the reservation.
